Our customer service is based on "No Worries" for our customer. We've thrived in the area since 1958 due in no small part to our exceptional customer service. We extend this service to our online customers too.

Shipping & Delivery

Covid 19

We are continuing to ship all orders and process returns without delay; however, you may experience shipping delays with Australia Post and Fastways.


 We deliver throughout Australia using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. All products are shipped with tracking numbers.

 Spend $80 or more and receive FREE SHIPPING.  Orders under $80 incur a shipping fee which is calculated based on location, item weight and dimensions. Bulky Items Excluded. Bulky items include but are not limited to boots, shoes and car visors.

 Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Goods are always sent after the payment has been received.

 Please note that the above are estimations only and we cannot guarantee these time frames.

 In some instances we will not have an ordered product in stock. If this is the case you will be notified.  Any available portion of your order will be shipped immediately. Out of stock products may be cancelled or placed on back order for later shipment. We will contact you to find out your preference.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping.  The shipping rates are calculated at the checkout, taking into account the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination country.

 If the automated shopping cart shipping price at checkout seems too high, please contact us and request a manual quote as Australia Post servers can sometimes return inaccurate rates.

 We offer insurance and tracking in line with the services offered by Australia Post. We always contact our international clients to ensure that the appropriate shipping option is given.  If you decide to alter the shipping e.g. pay extra for an express option, or choose a slower but cheaper option, then we can easily work out the difference.

◦Extra Cover up to $500 available to certain countries.

 Economy Air International:

-Signature on delivery for items up to 2kg, valued up to $500.

◦Estimated 8-20 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.

◦Signature on delivery in many destinations.

◦Includes coverage of up to $100 for loss or damage for articles posted.

No Worries Returns & Replacements

After many decades in the business, we are proud to extend our long-standing “No Worries” returns and exchange policy to our online customers.  This gives you peace of mind that when you order with us.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will exchange it or refund your money.

 We happily accept goods for return or exchange on the following basis.

  1. The product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. All tags are still attached to the item(s).
  3. All of the original packaging for the item is in reusable condition.
  4. The product has not been worn and remains in brand new condition.
  5. The original receipt or a copy of the receipt must be included with the returned item(s).
  6. We are not able to refund or replace any items that have had alterations.
  7. Goods sold in sealed packaging, eg underwear, can only be returned if unopened. Please check the packaging carefully as opened product is deemed unhygienic and therefore cannot be returned for refund or credit.
  8. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the for cost of return shipping.
  9. Online purchases may be returned or exchanged directly at any of our retail stores.

Please include the receipt and a note with what you are after (refund or exchange and what size colour you are wanting) Once we receive the item we will give you a call to arrange the freight. If requesting a refund we may keep the cost of the original freight if the product had free freight. 

Your refund or credit will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s), via the same method payment originally made. If you used a credit or gift voucher, it will be credited to you as a credit voucher.

 If you'd like to exchange for a different size or product, please contact our customer service team on 02 6621 4560 (Extension 2). We can ensure that we have the product you need in stock and hold it for you until we receive the original product from you. All costs of returns and resends are to be paid by you. If a product is reordered with a customer, sending to the same address or information across both orders cross references after requesting a refund we will hold the product untill we receive the freight payment. The free frieght we offer on products is to give the best value to our customers, we can not afford to continue to pay freight on items.


Promotional prices are offered only during the time of promotion. They are not to be confused with everyday recommended retail prices. 


Paypal has a fee of 2.6%, this is Paypals fee charged directly from Paypal. There is a Visa or Debit option if our customers do not with to use the paypal service.
